My favourite photography:

These images are just a few of the ones that stood out to me when applying for a job at Pocket Creatives. They are my favourite because they not only highlight Pocket’s diversity, but also their ability to produce images that make you feel a certain way… mainly hungry!

Quickfire Questions:

What do you do in your role?

I am Lauren’s right-hand woman when it comes to all things pre-production and handle the admin when she’s on a shoot. You will often find me at Pocket Creatives HQ scrolling through castings, locations and props, or on set providing crucial advice on how to slice cheese. My job is pretty much to assist productions from start to finish and ensure things are running as smoothly as possible!

What is the most enjoyable aspect of your role at Pocket Creatives?

It’s constantly changing, I never know what I will be doing from week to week and so it never gets boring! It also allows me to get creative and stay organised, which are 2 of my favourite things to do. I love watching productions come together and being able to say I was part of the behind the scenes process of the finished product. There is also never a dull moment when you have a great team!

What’s your favourite thing about your job?

I cannot choose 1 favourite thing about my job, but the creativity, busy working environment and the networking with the people you meet are definitely the top contenders. There is nothing I love more than a fast-paced environment filled with surprises and my job is definitely that!

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working you can find me trailing the streets of South East London looking for things to do, this mostly includes music events, pub visits or charity shopping. I have always been obsessed with music so I guess I’m at my happiest when the tunes are blaring and the sun is shining! You can also often find me exploring all the food Peckham has to offer.
